ComReg issues a notification of non-compliance to Eircom regarding the use of the business support tool Sync Checker

ComReg has today issued a notification of non-compliance to Eircom in respect of its non-discrimination obligations. This non-compliance relates Eircom’s to provide Broadband metrics to Other Authorised Operators in the manner and to the quality required by its obligations.
